Interview Summary
Lori Miller interviews Carol Taylor, a successful quilt artist, at the Sedgwick Cultural Center in Philadelphia (Pa.). Taylor discusses her Gong quilt series and how she became a successful quilter. She talks about her creative processes when making a quilt pattern, her preferred methods of quilting, and what she believes makes a great quilt and quilter. Taylor talks about the success of her own career, and the various quilts she has sold in her lifetime and to whom she has sold them.Interview Accession
