Interview Summary

Nims talks about the application and Peace Corps test after he graduated college. He talks about his training in Molokai, Fiji and his placement on the second largest island. He talks about teaching his students in predominantly English for a variety of subjects. Nims talks about his living situation in Fiji, the climate on the island, and the culture and traditions surrounding food. He discusses the history of colonization and current race relations in Fiji. He talks about illnesses, wild animals, major world events during his service, his contact with fellow volunteers, and the impact of his Peace Corps service on his life.
