Interview Summary
This is an interview with RCA audio engineer Hans Dietze. Dietze discusses the competitive methods that made RCA a successful recording studio during his time there in the 1970s. Dietze and the interviewer discuss missing and destroyed records from RCA and other studios' archives. Dietze and the interviewer discuss the possibility of building an archive of recording studios and sound technology that was developed during the 20th century.
