Interview Summary

Vincent began at Somerset Sate Hospital in 1978 as a registered nurse. She rose to a management position in the mental health department and was an administrative figure during the hospital's transition to SCI Laurel Highlands. She became superintendent of SCI Laurel Highlands and ultimately Deputy Secretary of the Department of Corrections in Pennsylvania.
