Interview Summary

In this interview, Jack B. Hall, who was the University of Kentucky Dean of Students at the time of the May 5, 1970, ROTC building burning, discusses how the University of Kentucky and Kentucky state administrators responded to the burning, his personal feelings regarding the nature of this response, and the alternative, more peaceful solutions, that Hall believes could have resulted on the week of May 5.
