Geneva Hunter Pope was born in Logan County, Kentucky in 1920. In this interview she describes her childhood, including her education in a one-room schoolhouse, her family's economic status, their house, chores, and her grandparents. She talks about her career as well as her husband's. She describes daily life in the 1920s and '30s.
