Interview Summary

In this interview Sara Newell Hicks shared stories about her childhood growing up on a farm outside Midway, Kentucky, her closeness with her nanny, and private school. She describes going away to college and learning about feminism and civil rights and how this made her feel. Hicks also talks about her grandmother who a teacher at her private school.
