Interview Summary
Wendell Howell, a middle school teacher in Laurel County, Kentucky discusses his early life and his current involvement in garbage and sanitation issues. Howell then talks of the PRIDE program and its impacts upon the region. The evolution of recycling in Eastern Kentucky is also mentioned, as well as what Howell considers to be the most important effects of the PRIDE program.Interview Accession
