Interview Summary
The fourth in a series of interviews with businessman Warren Rosenthal. This interview covers the history of Jerrico and the fast food business. Rosenthal became a partner in Jerrico--the parent company of Jerry's Restaurants, Long John Silver's, and Fazoli's--in 1948. He later became the president of the company, and sold his interests in 1989.Interview Accession
