Interview Summary
Dr. Patterson graduated at a time when few women were training to become doctors. She specialized in the new field of Family Medicine, practicing in Middletown, Ohio. At the height of her career, she became the Medical Director for Proctor and Gamble, developing groundbreaking health and wellness programs that impacted people around the world. Dr. Patterson worked closely with W. Edwards Deming and many other innovative leaders. She was one of 14 women in a class of 58 students. The class had the largest number of women graduates of any class during the first ten years of the college.Interview Accession
