Interview Summary
Jean-Denis Boivin is the master distiller at the Old Montreal Distillery. In this interview, he describes his personal background and career leading up to his work at Old Montreal Distillery. He details the process of creating Canadian whisky, from the raw ingredients to the final product. He discusses how they are experimenting with new products at the distillery and talks about how distilling and blending are an art.
