Smucker interviewed Kiracofe about his experiences working as one half of Kiracofe and Kile, an elite quilt dealer partnership based in San Francisco during the 1980s and 1990s. With Michael Kile, Kiracofe published The Quilt Digest, and sold quilts to individual and corporate clients.
