Interview Summary

Mary Creech grew up very close to her grandparents' farm and she talks about the different things she did to help out with her parents and her grandparents. Her extended family and the community was very close, and chores would sometimes turn into social occasions. She talks about raising apple trees with her husband and they developed a new variety, the Scarlet Gala. She talks about how they try to limit their use of chemicals.
