Interview Summary

Toa discusses growing up in Frankfort, Kentucky and helping her parents in their Thai restaurant there from age seven until she left for college. Toa returned to Lexington to help with her parent's Lexington based restaurant, Thai Orchid, before opening her food truck Thai and Mighty and then the Crank and Boom Ice Cream tent followed by the restaurant of the same name.
