Interview Summary
Noble discusses his work as a magistrate and judge in Perry County, Kentucky. Noble discusses his efforts to participate in environmental cleanups. Noble also talks about the success of the county's white goods buyback program and the use of inmates to help with roadside cleanups. Noble talks about the importance of education and how he balances enforcement of laws with participating in cleanups to set an example for his community. Noble discusses some political issues that Eastern Kentucky has to deal with. Noble talks about ideas he has for PRIDE and tells some stories about funny experiences he has had with PRIDE.Interview Accession
