Interview Summary
Grant talks about growing up in Lexington, Kentucky and attending Bryan Station High School. He is currently a senior and received a lot of political influence from his father. Grant is very politically active and as a member of the League of Women Voters. He serves as the student representative on the local board and is also on the We Vote committee. He also is on the Civil Rights Restoration committee for the state league. He first became interested in politics around the 2016 election. He remembers going to an Obama rally on his fifth birthday and watching the U.S. capitol insurrection take place live on January 6, 2021.Interview Accession
