Project Summary

These interviews focus on the high rates of cancer, specifically lung cancer, that Kentuckians face and the impact of that illness on the state. Also addressed are the current and future efforts to minimize the disproportionate prevalence of cancer in Kentucky, the attitudes toward lung cancer in Kentucky, and reasons why Kentucky has the highest cancer rate in the U.S.
