Interview Summary

In a riveting interview about life in China, coming to America, and now life in Philadelphia, Annie Fu tells her life story. Life wasn’t always easy for Fu, but when given the opportunity to come to America for a better way of life, Fu and her mother courageously traveled to Philadelphia in hopes of the “American Dream”. With many ups and downs, she paints a picture of the experiences she had while coming to Philadelphia, the challenges she has faced both in China and in Philadelphia, and tells about her favorite parts of the place she now calls home.
