Interview Summary

Robert Lehmann, a horse breeder, begins the interview by discussing the first Kentucky Derby that he attended. Lehmann then details how he bought his farm and the beginning of his horse breeding career. The interviewee then describes his acquaintance (also named Robert Lehman), and their love of horse racing and breeding. Subsequently, Lehmann articulates what his main purposes in horse racing are. Next, Lehmann talks about his perspective on horse training over time. Additionally, Lehmann reveals when he will become involved in horse racing once again, as well as his philosophy when it comes to raising horses. To conclude the interview, Lehmann examines the process of buying and selling horses within the racing world.
